Procedures of projects selection
Non-competition procedure will cover:

Large projects, the cost of which exceeds EUR 25 million – in the case of projects concerning environment and projects worth over EUR 50 million – in the case of different fields, approved by the Commission of the European Union;

System projects – constituting in co-financing implementation by individual public administration authorities and other organisational units of public finance sector, public projects defined in separate provisions concerning those authorities and units;

Individual projects – defined in operational programme, submitted by the beneficiaries indicated in operational programme;

Technical assistance projects.
Other projects will be selected by way of a competition.
